Today I was preparing to make a few phone calls to some customers. I contacted our WONDERFUL Dispatcher and asked if there was anyone that I should reach out to. He gave me a couple of name and then told me that he had received a call from a man named "Chris" who would like us to make multiple stops and had some billing questions. Dispatch gave me a little detail and a phone number. I enthusiastically picked up the phone, dialed the number only to hear "Chris Kringle" on the other end of the phone! WHAT really I was duped! I was so excited to talk to a new potential customer. That Dispatch he likes to play tricks!

We would like to put out props to a Sgt Baker, Omaha Police department.   Jeff B lost a box out of his pickup in the snow storm, and had to pay for a new one out of his pocket,    Sgt Jeff Baker, found the box and called our customer to let her know, and said we can pick up the part next week at the Omaha Police training center.  $70 back in Jeff's Bank account thanks to this Officer.  To Protect and Service and Find stuff in the road........
